Thank you for choosing Smarty Merch for your custom merchandise needs.
No Returns or Refunds on Confirmed Orders
As all products are custom-made and tailored to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a sample has been approved and the production order has been confirmed by the client.
Sample Approval Process
Before full production begins, we provide a physical or digital sample for your review and approval. By confirming the sample — whether in writing, by email, or through our order confirmation process — you acknowledge that:
- The design, materials, colours, and specifications meet your requirements.
- Full production will proceed based on the approved sample.
- No changes, cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted after confirmation.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If the delivered goods materially differ from the approved sample due to a production error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a remake or partial refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before sample approval. Once the sample is confirmed and production has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted and payments made are non-refundable.
